Skills Gap Advocate (SGA) is a national initiative dedicated to building practical pathways into entrepreneurship and economic mobility. We partner with cities, schools, entrepreneur support organizations, and community stakeholders to launch programs that transform talent into traction.

SGA was founded on the belief that communities are rich in potential but fragmented in access. From coalition-building and mentorship networks to entrepreneurship programs and shadowing experiences, our work connects people to the tools, relationships, and opportunities that accelerate growth.
